Weather

Tours are subject to cancellation or rescheduling due to severe weather, for your safety and ours. If we cancel your trip, the full deposit will be refunded. If we must return to the dock due to severe weather after beginning the tour, we will pro-rate the fee. Thunder and lightning are the most common reasons for cancelling, delaying or returning to dock.

Guest Info

6 passengers. Maximum weight for all passengers combined is 900 lbs. Most tours depart from the boat ramp at Pungo Ferry Landing Park (2272-2290 Old Pungo Ferry Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23457). Tours of Back Bay and False Cape depart from the Princess Anne WMA at the end of Back Bay Landing Road.

Mechanical

If we must cancel a tour or return to the dock early due to engine failure, your fee will be fully refunded or the tour can be rescheduled. Although we follow the engine manufacturers maintenance schedule, the engine or parts may fail, We do carry full on-the-water towing insurance, so we will never be stranded.

Payment

Full payment is due prior to boarding. We accept cash and major debit/credit cards.

Children

All children must weigh no less than 50 pounds. This is due to the type of life vests on board. Boat tours may not be an appropriate activity for very young children even if they meet the weight requirement. There is limited shade and little opportunity to move about the boat. You know your children best.
